This is a 1968 Ford F 100 standard pick up with a short wheelbase it was originally bought in Alabama because I have the original rear bumper and it says on it the name of the dealer and their location. Then it spent a lot of its life in Georgia where a friend of mine bought it and brought it to Indiana about a year and a half ago.that's why it is mostly rest free. It currently has a 302 motor and a c4 automatic transmission. This is not the original motor and transmission so I do not know how many miles they have on them . It does not have power steering or power brakes it runs and drives good the transmission shifts good the engine does not smoke or knock have just recently painted the truck this week I used a urethane paint it is called hot rod satin black. The paint job I put on it is near perfect but you can still see places under the paint that I didn't get sanded good enough. But I still think it looks really good. There are two pictures that show the cab corners and you can see that they are rust free. There are also two pictures underneath the truck looking up at the floorboards you can see a few tiny spots of rust. before it was painted the body was really pretty straight I did add a little glazing putty here and there just to help fill in the dings. in the pictures you will see that none of the trim is installed on the truck but I have all of it. I have all of the bottom trim I have all of the trim that goes down the middle , fender trim , tailgate trim plus I have the stainless trim for the windshield . I left the trim off of the truck because a lot of people like it that way . there are a couple pieces that are in rough shape I have all brand new clips and mounting hardware for the trim. it has a nice set of American Racing torque thrust 2 wheels they are 9 x 17 this truck has been upgraded to electronic ignition plus it has an electric fuel pump. Here are a few new things that I have put on it. New windshield, new windshield rubber, new back glass rubber, new seat cover that goes with it windshield wipers, new parking light lenses and tail light lenses, new headlight doors and a grant steering wheel. there are still a few things that need to be done to the truck like it needs new tail pipes you can see in the picture they are cut off right behind the muffler. And for some reason the turn signals are not working the choke to the carburetor is not hooked up and there is a dead spot in the carburetor. The carburetor is a stock ford 2 barrel and the seat cover needs installed, their maybe some little im forgeting.other than that it should be a really neat truck to drive around in. This is not a show quality truck but it is a very cool old truck that will definitely turn some heads. Im picky but i think whoever buys it will really like it its really cool . I will give the buyer the option of buying everything it needs to make it have disc front brakes and power steering. buyer must contact whitin 24hrs buyer must pay cash and pickup within 7 days
