1930 Ford Model A 2-door (5 window) coupe, original Henry Ford steel body (has NOT been chopped), fiberglass power rear deck lid, fiberglass dash, with VDO gauges. Vinyl roof insert in great shape. Cloth interior with bucket seats, in decent shape, but could use cleaning. Tilt wheel and power windows. Painless Wiring Harness with Blade Fuses. Body has been channeled 4 inches over a boxed 1930 frame with a 4-link rear suspension with coil-overs. 4-bar front suspension with a transverse leaf spring, hooked to a Mustang 2 steering box. 4-inch dropped, painted tubular axle. Two newer (driven on less than 100 miles) front tires. Disc brakes in front only (not power), drum brakes in rear. 10-bolt Chevy rear end with 373 rear gear. TH 400 Automatic transmission, rebuilt 4 years ago when engine was also out for the engine rebuild. Transmission also has shift kit and new converter. Transmission is hooked to a B & M shifter. 350 Chevy Engine (4-bolt main, bored 30 over) which was rebuilt specifically for super charged application. Keith Black 7 to 1 Hypereutectic pistons, double-keyed crank, (short block rebuilt professionally in 2011 by Kammer & Kammer of Dayton, Ohio). ARP main studs, head studs, rod bolts, Milodon gear drive timing set up. Comp Cams, Hydraulic Roller Cam, Roller Lifters. Dart aluminum heads, MSD billet distributor with MSD 6 A spark box. Chrome 7-Quart Oil Pan. Polished rebuilt BDS blower (with Royal Purple gear lube) and intake. Polished Belt Guard. 2 blower referenced 750 Holleys. Electric cooling fan and electric fuel pump with regulator and gauge, lots of steel braided line and AN fittings. New polished billet over-flow bottle. RCI 15 gallon fuel cell located in trunk, with battery. Too many goodies to list everything. I have receipts/instructions/cam card. (File folder will be given to you along with the car.) I spent around $12,000 just for the engine, blower and transmission. *Odometer shows mileage of 2,518. This mileage is only accurate for about the last 10 years, when there was a new VDO speedometer installed. The body has some damage that can be seen in the pictures in several spots. The tilt-out windshield is very difficult to open. Overall, the paint has a fair amount of scratches and chips, mostly on the right side of the car. Car could use a little body work and new paint to update it to show quality. Could use new side pipes as well. I have spent most of my money making this car mechanically sound and drive-able and wasn't too worried about aesthetics. This had been a high level show car which had not been driven in the rain and had been driven only to and from car shows. This car had won numerous trophies. Unfortunately, it was damaged while driving to a car show, and even with the minor damage to the body and paint, the car was considered totaled. We were able to purchase it back on a salvage title and repair most of the damage. Car runs and drives great. Very fast. All lights and gauges work, even has 3rd brake light. Rear chrome bumper is held on by 2 chrome small block Chevy connecting rods. I am representing the car as accurately as I can based on my knowledge and have tried to give as much information as possible.
