2nd Owner Extremely Well Cared For and Tastefully Modified Discovery II. Low miles. Power Everything. Cold Weather Package Double Sunroofs. New Child on the way means I have to sell it. Never been on any Hardcore off-road. I have owned the Land rover since 2005. Never been in an accident. The Discovery II comes with a complete Service History and lots of upgrades that don't diminish its everyday comfort. I would feel comfortable driving this car anywhere. I have tried to describe this vehicle as accurately as possible. I tend to be very particular with my cars. Modifications Include Old Man Emu lifted suspension 2 inchARB Front BumperWarn Winch Roof rackRear access ladderHella lights Nitto Off road tires Heavy-duty Steering damper. Complete Service History and Repairs within the last 12k Miles.-New Radiator, Warm weather thermostat and cooling Hoses.-New battery and cables-New alternator, starter and serpentine belt-Upgraded plugs, Wires and Coil Pack-Synthetic fluid service of Front and Rear Differential-60k Service with transmission fluid/filter change.-New Drive shaft with upgraded/serviceable u joints.-Abs modulator repair.-Complete brake service with new front pads and rotors.-New headliner Car Runs and Drives excellent and the Ac Blows cold. Weak Points: This is a 15 year old plus British Suv. If you are looking for a car just to drive and forget, buy a Toyota or something else. These Cars will require attention! They all have their Quirks.The exterior paint-Clear coat is peeling on the hood and around the driver and passenger door. Its not too bad and can't be noticed from far away. Pinstripe around the door is starting to come off. Their is also a small dent, 1-2 inches on the rear passenger door. Black plastic on the wheel arches is faded. The interior is in nice condition. The only complaints in the interior are a small stain on the rear passenger seat, and some wear on the drivers seat. The glove box, change compartment and cupholder do open/close but not smoothly. No floor mats on this vehicle. Also, the heated seat element on the passenger side doesn't seem to work anymore. The aftermarket tint on the rear glass is bubbling and will need to be removed. The lights on the Roof Rack have not worked for years/not sure of the issue. There are a few small spots on the rack/ladder/bar where the coating is coming off. Oil Leaks. Almost Every Land Rover of this era will not be dry. This one does not burn oil or require oil to be added between changes but don't expect dry seals/gaskets. Seeping at the rear main and valve cover is present. The ignition key is a little sticky but it has been in this exact condition for 6-7 years with no ill effect. I only have one remote for the car and its shows some signs of wear. Occasionally the three amigos Abs/Hill Descent control/Traction control come on and even though the modulator has been repaired. The tires on the vehicle still have lots of tread left but they are getting old. Buyers with zero or little feedback must be approved prior to bidding. Due to its size/lifted, it will be difficult to ship this Land Rover. Will need to be picked up. Welcome to inspect before bidding. Payment is required through certified funds.
