I am selling my 1991 Taurus SHO +. I have owned it about a year and a half, haven't driven it very much. I had plans to redo/restore it, but I simply do not have the spare time/spare $$$ to really do it right.The body is in very good shape with no rust. There is one scrape on the driver rear wheel arch and a couple of parking lot dings, but all-in-all the exterior is in great shape for a 24 y/o car. The seats have the usual wear/sun cracking, but are complete - and the power seat functions/air lumbar supports work. The carpet and door panels are excellent. The sun roof works fine, the inside sliding sun shade has the typical peeling. Engine runs strong but has a knock I have not been able to cure. All the glass is good and the electric windows work fine. The rear door windows and rear windscreen are dark tinted. Cruise control works and the car drives...nice.- SHO + option with fiberglass hood and rear deck spoiler- Tires are new, less than 500 miles on them, 225/55-16s- New rear brakes/rotors- Fronts are big-brake upgrade- New Sony stereo (blue tooth) and new speakers- Frame stiffeners welded in- Strut tower braces front and rear- Police grille- High flow y-pipeAs with any car this age there are little quirks, blemishes, rough edges, etc; if it was perfect, I wouldn't be selling it.
