1957 Buick Caballero Hardtop Station Wagon Show Car This has taken several years and countless hours with great attention to detail. The under carriage is rust free and finished as nice as the rest of the car in black. The paint was done 3 years before I owned it. Done exceptionally well with few flaws. The sides are laser straight and the body lines are as they should be. Doors fit and shut flawlessly. The chrome is done to a high standard everywhere. The stainless has an excellent polish. The glass is original and still good for its age. Most all the soft rubber has been replaced. Cosmetically its beautiful. The engine is a GM 350 cubic inch V8 coupled to a 700 R4 Automatic transmission. The original shifter, speedometer and 1957 gauges are all calibrated to the modern running gear. I commissioned Guy's Interior Restorations to do it in leather and cloth. He is the best for 40 years doing show cars. The carpets and headliner are like new. The dash we spent countless hours making it remarkable. The motor compartment was done by Lee Gale, who does Pebble Beach work, to the highest standard. Stunning Caballero to show and drive.
