Up for auction is an 1965 CHEVROLET C10 SHORT WHEEL BASE FLEETSIDE PICKUP TRUCK WITH A FACTORY INSTALLED 283 V/8 MOTOR AND FACTORY 4 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION ON THE FLOOR. This truck is good old solid truck, it has a small amount of rust in the normal places on trucks of this vintage but it is nothing major and easily repairable. This truck has A BRAND NEW COMPLETE FUEL SYSTEM INCLUDING A NEW GAS TANK AND SENDING UNIT FROM LMC, NEW FUEL LINES, A NEW CARB AND A NEW BATTERY ALL UNDER WARRANTY. This truck has just been serviced and STARTS ON THE FIRST TURN OF THE KEY EVERY TIME. The truck starts, runs, shifts through the gears and stops great. The tires are newer and has lots of life left and all the glass is good. The truck is very complete and can be driven as-is or would be a great candidate for a full restoration. The wood in the bed was replaced with solid steel diamond plate and has no rust. The truck will need a little fine tuning but it is a solid runner. The original oil-bath breather comes with the truck( it will have to be modified to fit the new carb) as well as an aluminum radiator (the original radiator leaks a little but is repairable) and a rust free passenger side door that matches the drivers side door. I bought this truck from the second owner out of Buffalo Texas and it has been a Texas truck all of it's life and it comes with a clear Texas title in hand ready to transfer to the new owner. Overall this truck is a good old solid truck that deserves someone to love her. Please check out my feedback and my other auctions.
