Recent barn find (garage).. 1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme convertible. Black exterior with White top, white interior and black carpet. Just picked up car from the original owner. I have the original sales contract from when he purchased car from Custer Motors, Inc. in Westwood New Jersey on March 17th 1972. Cutlass was parked about 10 years in the owners garage once he clocked 100k on the odometer. engine/drivetrain: Since purchasing the following were done in the last two weeks. fuel drained, oil change, coolant flush, new plugs, wires, cap and rotor, fuel filter, belts, fuel pump, air filter, coil. 350 rocket olds motor started right up and runs really good. Transmission seams very good too. Brakes are in good order. I will be putting ac belt on and charging system. body: car is painted original black. Paint looks good after all these years, I believe it will buff out. Does have some chips and scratches. Rust in five spots. both fenders and quarters, all lower. 1 bubble in wheel well. floors look good. Windshield has a crack. Convertible top works. Has two small tears. interior: dash has no cracks, carpet good, door panels good, power windows, front seat has small tear, backs seats good. please look at pics, email with questions.
