2003 DR-Z 250 for sale: Perfect running, super fun bike! Electric Start!! Purpose built for MI ORV / OHV (Off Road Vehicle) woods riding! Set-up for FES riding Narrow cut bars. (Family Endure Series sponsored by District 14.) What I have done: •Uncork modifications: (as found on Thumper Talk web site which include the below) ◦Holes in top of air box ◦High flow Twin-air air filter. ◦Jetting changed for added Air. ◦Large Diameter exhaust outlet with spark arrestor. (Awesome sound!) ◦header pipe modifications performed to remove restrictions •Removed the OEM manual Trip Odometer, and replaced with Speed-o eliminator piece and bearing seal. •Wheel bling, Zeta bead lock (Gold speed nut and spacer, see rear wheel pic). •Zeta valve stem cap (Gold with rubber seal around stem, see rear wheel pic). •Renthal Twin Ring rear sprocket, 1 tooth increase from stock. (have OEM sprocket still) •Tusk bark busters with D-Flex shields •Renthal bars, (Cut down to be 30 inches wide.) •Manual Cam Chain tensioner (Auto one's are prone to failure, blue piece in motor pic.) •Carburetor Bling, all breather hoses replaced with large diameter Yellow hoses, routed down to be below the Swing arm. (one hose shown, three total). •All electrical connections treated with Di-Electric grease (Coorision prevention) •Break pedal saver cable added •Gas Cap short breather added. •Wide foot pegs. (RM-80) •MSR aluminum rear shark fin, disk protector (Seen in rear wheel pic). Additional parts: - Extra air filter with OEM basket - original Exhaust end cap - New Chain in box - New drive sprocket in box - Extra Tusk bark buster parts - Throttle assembly - Break pads in package front and rear - Suzuki owners manual. Printed literature that I have found about DR-Z 250. This has been one of the funniest woods bikes I have had. Set-up for a 175# rider. I have repositioned the key cylinder, and changed the front break line routing for smoother movement. I have made small changed all over the bike to make it operate smoother. DR-Z has 3 grease zirts on the swing arm, I installed one that was not there originally, and grease after every wash to verify that there is no water in the bearings. This bike has been loved, and I am sorry to see her go, but moving on to another bike. . . Clear title in hand, can be plated for road use, I never used it on the road. This is a Local Pick-up listing. 48188, Canton, Mi. Milage of 510 is an estimate on the high end, I ride 2 - 3 times a year 20 miles. I have riden 400 miles, I did by it from someone else who rode it twice...
