I bought this Van to turn into a ratrod and recently moved into a new home with a homeowners association, the association has informed me that it's an eye sore and I will be fined if the vehicle isn't removed from my driveway. When purchased I was told the only issue with it was fuel delivery which is why it doesn't run, but everything is there. The interior is complete and in really good shape considering the time it has spent sitting.
