I bought this Van to turn into a ratrod and recently moved into a new home with a homeowners association, the association has informed me that it's an eye sore and I will be fined if the vehicle isn't removed from my driveway. When purchased I was told the only issue with it was fuel delivery which is why it doesn't run, but everything is there.
