Vehicle Detail

This auction is for a 1974 chevy c10 custom deluxe. This truck has an UNDER 30k, 350 four bolt main block with high compression pistons, Crane Cams roller rockers, medium rise polished intake manifold, new Edelbrock 650 with electric choke, new MSD Street Fire distributor with new plug wires, cooled by a Weiand high flow water pump with new hoses and a new 3 row copper/brass radiator and a thermostatically controlled 1400 cfm electric fan with aluminum shroud. 120 amp black alternator with a new power steering pump driven by a Billett Specialties belt drive system sitting on new Anchor motor mounts. The motor is fed by a new Tank's Inc 11 gallon between the rails at the back of the bed with a new sending unit and new fuel line ran to the new Edelbrock mechanical fuel pump. New stainless steel shorty headers that flow to Flowmaster 2.5" exhaust with an "H" pipe just behind the trans. Has a set of Flowmaster 44 series mufflers with a set of turndowns just behind the cab in front of the axle with new rubber exhaust hangers. The trans is a turbo 350 that has been rebuilt with UNDER 10k on it. THe drive shaft has been shortened but remains in the 2 piece configuration with new joints and was balanced. The air suspension is controlled by Accuair with their switchspeed system. This system has four 2500 bags, a 5 gallon tank with two Viair 400 compressors, 150 psi cutoff switch, all new airlines and fittings using the accuair manifold and controller which is ran to the seat for accessibility. The front suspension has cupped lower control arms boxed for strength, with Belltech 2" drop spindles and new shocks. The rear has been shortened from a long bed and boxed where it was shortened. It has custom notches made from 11 gauge steel which was kept low for bed height and a triangulated 4 link with new shocks. The brakes have also gotten attention with the master cylinder replaced, rebuilt front brakes with new bearings and seals with new rubber hoses and the rear got new steel lines. The parking brake is NOT hooked up but the cables and brackets are all there. The wheels are from Detroit Steel Wheel. They are 20x8 in the front and 20x9 in the rear both with a 4.5" offset for clearance. They run the 5x5 chevy pattern with baby moon caps. They have been powder coated white and covered in Toyo 245/40 tires all 4 corners. The body has been untouched except shortening the bed. For the bed floor, I used 2x1" 14 gauge steel tubing and lined the lifted bed floor so it would have some structure. Using weathered wood I bolted it down with steel strips and new carriage bolts. This is strong enough to haul bikes with. Very sturdy. We have hauled Harleys with it too. The truck was kept by an older couple that used it for camping. I am the second owner on the title. The tail gate was still in a box when we got the truck. There area few rust spots on the front of the fenders and the bottom of the doors. Those are pictured. The floors, cab corners and rockers are not rusted at all. This truck was an A/C cab and still has the factory interior with the rubber floor mat, door panels and seat. The dash does have a few cracks with the seat having some wear on the driver's side. Some one cut the dash to fit a stereo along the way. The only problems with this truck are the temp and fuel gauges are not working. Both have new sending units. Gas tank has a good ground but it wasn't working when we got the truck. This has a clean CO title in hand. Truck is ready to drive out of here. I have used it as my daily for a few months now. I had a rod start knocking in the other motor so we replaced it and the trans while were there. NO trades. Solid driver. You cant build this truck for this price. I have more than the asking price just in parts alone.
