deadsexee Store Description  Up for auction is a 1982 Mercedes Benz 380SL Roadster. it has been upgraded with several AMG parts. The Steering wheel, full lower body ground effects, and the wheels are all AMG. The tires are at 90%, and the brakes are at 80%. No service or warning lights are lit up on the dash whatsoever. Odometer reads 130,607 but it is being sold miles unknown, since the odometer quit a short time ago. Speedometer, oil pressure gauge, voltage meter, tachometer, and fuel gauge all function well. Clock even works. Power antenna is however not working. I have service documentation stating real miles of 130,454  in September 2013. In January of 2013 the car had the whole fuel system re worked and cleaned, since it had been in storage for so many years. I am including the picture of the work order which cost $4800. It had a new soft top installed in April of 2013 costing over $1100. Rear stablizer links were also replaced in September of 2013. The original factory paint on the car was yellow, but the whole car was professionally painted an awesome red . There is a slight valve train click to the motor, but since it is a DOHC I am told it was common on these models. This car runs, drives ,and stops well, and I am sure it will make someone an inexpensive cool toy for years to come.
