Box 303 Jensen Beach, FL 34958 772.621.2622 561.307.2232 cell chip@expertautoappraisals.com 136177B180879 Purpose Purpose and Scope of Report The purpose of this document is to report to the customer the inspector’s opinion of the overall physical condition of the inspected vehicle as well as provide an accurate list of options and equipment featured on it. Diminished Value The diminished value of the vehicle is described as the estimated total amount of money that an automobile is estimated to have depreciated in value, due to a particular accident, mishap, event or circumstance. Fair Market Value The Fair Market Value of the vehicle is the highest price on the date of the evaluation that would be agreed to by a seller, being willing to sell. And a buyer, being willing to buy, and under no particular necessity for so doing, each dealing with others full knowledge of all the uses and purposes for which the property is reasonable, adaptable and available. Replacement Value The replacement value of a vehicle is defined as the actual total cost of exactly duplicating the vehicle if it were subject to a total loss. In the case of a customized or modified vehicle this must also include the cost of obtaining an identical type of “donor” or “base” vehicle, the cost of obtaining all of the additional aftermarket and specialty components along with all labor costs incurred to replicate the loss vehicle. Fair Market Value Prior to Loss The Fair Market Value of the vehicle prior to loss is the highest price on that prior noted dated of valuation that would have been agreed to by a seller, being willing to sell, and a buyer, being willing to buy, and under no particular necessity for so doing, each dealing with others full knowledge of all the uses and purposes for which the property is reasonable, adaptable and available immediately prior to the known loss date of that vehicle. 136177B180879 Method of Valuation The value is estimated by current market data comparison, supplemented by cost information. The vehicle is compared when possible, with others for sale and that have sold in the general time period. Adjustments are made for differences in equipment, mileage, cosmetics, conversions, originality, condition as well as sale terms and current economic conditions at time of sale. Assumptions and Limiting Conditions Information including, vehicle identification numbers, serial numbers, engine numbers, engine size, component serial numbers, color codes, paint codes, trim codes, component stampings, door tags, fender tags, cowl tags, date codes, badges, emblems, owner history and mileage information provided by the owners or parties to sell or others, or displayed on the appraised vehicle or components are assumed to be reliable, correct and truthful, as accuracy is not checked or guaranteed for originality or authenticity. Although Expert Auto Appraisals has an extensive library, we do not have direct access to specific manufactures records, log books, files, computer data bases, or other non- published information. Unless the client particularly asks for this in writing, and agrees to absorb any additional cost in obtaining, no such effort will be made in contacting manufactures, automotive groups historians, etc. in order to acquire such information. 136177B180879 Vehicle Condition Overall Condition This is an older restored 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle. This is not a true SS, but a tribute to a 427 equipped example. The car was redone to a nice driver quality level. The car has a good look and has a good body with excellent sheet metal and panel fitment. The car is set up with an awesome engine and all supporting components, all running through a modern 5 TKO transmission that greatly enhances drivability. Mechanically, the car is sound and is fully functional. The car has good brightwork and trim. The interior shows well. There were a few spots that were being repaired on the paint at the time of my inspection. The undercarriage is sound, but not highly detailed. The car has a great inventory of performance components. He’s a partial list. 4 bolt seasoned engine block, balanced, blueprinted, align bored, decked / honed. Rotating assembly, Keith Black pistons, steel crank and rods balanced Custom Built Holley 890 cfm Aluminum CNC heads with roller rocker Ceramic headers Centerline rims TKO 600 5-speed with fitment package Moser built 9" ford 31 spline reinforced housing rear Custom thick wall racing driveshaft with 1350 U-joints Power brakes/slotted front rotors The market on these cars has been a steady one for years. These make up a high percentage of the American Muscle on the roads today, and the SS Chevelle is icon in that genre. This is a mid level Hot Rod, with a very strong mechanical bias. I have averaged like comparable examples, all non SS cars, and have adjusted for the small detail worked needed and the mechanical condition as inspected. 136177B180879 Exterior Summary Component Body Paint Trim Emblems Front Bumper Rear Bumper Frame / Chassis Wheels Tires Glass Weather Stripping Component Engine Compartment Dash Instrument Panel Gauges Front Seats Rear Seats Door Panels Interior Trim Top / Headliner Carpets Poor Fair Average Good Very Good Excellent þ þ þ þ þ þ þ þ þ þ þ Interior Summary Poor Fair Average Good Very Good Excellent þ þ þ þ þ þ þ þ þ þ 136177B180879 136177B180879 136177B180879 136177B180879 136177B180879 136177B180879 136177B180879 136177B180879 136177B180879 136177B180879 136177B180879 136177B180879 136177B180879 136177B180879 Currently Available Comparable Vehicles Sold at Mecum Auctions Kissimmee January 2015 $29,000 136177B180879 Currently Available Comparable Vehicles Sold at Mecum Auctions Chicago October 2014 $26,500 136177B180879 Currently Available Comparable Vehicles Sold at Mecum Auctions Dallas September 2013 $28,500 136177B180879 Currently Available Comparable Vehicles Sold at Mecum Auctions Indianapolis May 2014 $29,000 136177B180879 Market Appraisal Summary This particular vehicle, a 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle is a tribute to a SS 427.
