achinatrain store 1950 Ford F1 F-1 Fire Engine Red 239 CI V-8 Pickup Pick-up Truck Restored 1950 Ford F1 F-1 Fire Engine Red 239 CI V-8 Pickup Pick-up Truck Restored This fantastic fire engine red 1950 F1 had a full restoration in 2011.  Sheet metal replaced where needed.  Under carriage sand blasted and undercoated. New oak wood pick-up bed and chrome lats.  Interior refurbished, including interior panels, all dash components, floor mat, gas tank, bench seat reupholstered. Engine was rebuilt (all new engine gaskets).  Carburetor tuned by a professional technician.  New dual exhaust with glasspack mufflers.  BF Goodrich tires and chrome "Moon" wheels.  Also added an electric antenna and front stabilizer shock.  The speedometer was not functioning in 2011 and was repaired by Bob’s Speedometer in Michigan. In the process of the repair, the odometer with 93,000 miles on it, was reset to "0".  It has had about 870 miles put on it since 2011.  It has some paint chips where the hood comes down and meets the rest of the body and there is also an area behind the step of the passenger door that has a small dent and paint loss. It will come with an original owner's manual.  It has been kept stored in a nice dry garage.  Available for inspection in Rindge, NH.
