V8 Conversions were done by the dealers right away, but actual 283 V8’s were not factory available until 1964, and the 1965 Nova had the first 327 – 300 HP V8 option to compete with new GTO. The V8 & floor shift AT fit nice & low, a snug fit into this vehicle with low center of gravity so car handles extremely well. This black beauty Chevy II has the later OEM 1964 Nova SS sides, rear & glove-box badging professionally added to it for a classic muscle car look. HISTORY: This is a solid, low miles and rust free Chevy II that lived its life in Texas, was from dry Texas desert areas. Most everything mechanical is new or rebuilt. This actual vintage Muscle Car sounds impressively healthy with mild overlap cam & free flow header, exhaust systems. Most of interior now new, still needs the new black headliner installed; which is included. Trunk is solid, no rust and padded trunk mat included. Some parts not yet back on car, such as windshield wipers and all extra parts included in the trunk. This is an Estate Sale clearance, sold as found. A rare ’62 2-dr post early muscle car with over 360 HP under the hood! A Rare Find - Invest in a Classic!
