1974- 455 4bbl Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. Only 4,648 made in automatic. Have Pontiac Motors Duplicate Window Sticker. Gainsville, GA. original dealer. A/C not working but all there. Tilt steering wheel. Defrost light turns green when switched on. Radio Tape player works fine. All windows roll down great. No door drop. Bought car from friend at car show. Was originally sold at Volo Auto Museum with Snowflakes on it but were sold by prior owner. Drove it to Pontiac Show in Smokey's 4hrs away & took 1st in class. American Racing Wheels/ Good Yr. Sport S/T. tires. Original Engine rebuilt in 2001 to Super Duty specs upon refurbishing. The prior owner put the SD decal on it.( Ist not a super duty car) I have owned it since 2005. 87,547 on odometer for those interested. Car runs strong & fast. Quadra-jet four barrel is tuned perfect & nasty. Broken rear seat belt button. Have the parts. 1974 was the last year the T/As had NO catalytic converters and last year for the 400 transmission.(1975s had C. converters & 350 transmissions.) Also, last year for the John DeLorean designed Porsche rear window. 1975 started the rear glass ends being lowered down to the body of the car. Very dry solid frame. Only body issue is some cracked bondo on right lower area in front of wheel well. Left side is fine.(See pictures). That area was prone to corrode. Never had a problem with car. No leaks. Have 3 other collector cars & thinning out the barn. Easy access right off I-77 in southern WV. No other parts or wheels. I kept it as I bought it. Nice chance to have a 455, that will hold its value. Have Original Service Manuel & Original Fisher Body Manuel & will throw both in.
