Vehicle Detail
The time has come to sell my baby. I have had my fun, but it is time to move on. I think someone else could enjoy it instead, or have one hell of a start to a project. Basics 2002 SSM Acura RSX Type-S With Greddy turbo and intercooler. Greddy Emanage Ultimate, 7 psi, safe, reliable system. 90,925 Miles. Clean Title In Hand Adult driven. Modifications: Greddy T571Z Turbo Kit with Intercooler. Less than 1500 Miles on it. Greddy Sandwich Oil Adapter Greddy Emanage Ultimate 440 Fuel Injectors. Greddy Blow Off Valve. Autometer Boost Gauge Lowered on Skunk 2 Lowering Springs. Sparco 3 Pt. Harness seat belts. Rota 18x9 Gunmetal Wheels Drilled/Slotted Rotors HID Lamps w/ Aftermarket headlights. Subtle Aftermarket Body Kit RBC Intake Manifold w/ Karcepts Adapter. Hondata IMG. Megan Racing Down Pipe. No CEL, has a Defouler. 5Zigen Fireball Catback Exhaust. Sounds great, does not drone. Rear wiper removal. Motor burned out, didn't feel like replacing it. I HAVE ALL PARTS TO GO BACK TO STOCK EXCEPT FOR THE FRONT AND REAR BUMPER AND WHEELS. YOU WILL GET ALL PARTS TO DO WHAT YOU WILL WITH THEM. A word on performance: I have not had the car Dyno'd. From similar setups I have seen on Clubrsx, It should be putting out 260-270 HP at the wheels. I have taken it to US41 Drag Strip a couple times. It ran in the mid to upper 13's and I was not pushing it. That being said, I DO NOT BEAT ON THIS CAR. I DO NOT TRACK IT. I DO NOT STREET RACE. The good: Engine Transmission Clutch replaced at dealership at 50000 miles when I bought it 8 years ago. Tires Wheels Paint Body Turbo has less than 1500 miles on it. Recently replaced Upper ball joints, lower ball joints, from and rear sway bar end links. Recent Oil change. Changed MTF to Royal Purple Synchro Mesh last year. At change, previous fluid was clear, no signs of excessive clutch wear. Since change, gear shifts are smooth as butter. Replaced battery last year. Replaced headliner and carpet last year. Rear taillight gaskets replaced so no leaking in the trunk. (Common Problem) The bad: Not a trailer queen, I do drive in in the summer. That being said, for a 13 year old car, it is in excellent shape. Some dings/scratches/surface rust as to be expected. (See pictures). Rust is all minimal and surface. Mostly on passenger door at the bottom. Nothing that can't be taken care of with a dremel with a wire brush and some touch up paint. Lowering springs lowered it a lot more than I wanted in the rear. Therefore I have the rear tires cambered in sharpy to avoid rubbing. Not ideal, but was a quick and cheap fix to the problem. I do not drive it enough to have been detrimental to the tires. I would say either go with full damper coilovers, or get coilover sleeves for cheap, then you can adjust the height to whatever you want. The keyless entry module burnt up last year after I jumped the car. They are behind the radio and cheap and easy to replace, however they are expensive to program at the dealer and I didn't fee like paying that just for keyless entry. My key works just fine. 2 minor seat tears (See Pictures). I am a big guy, it was bound to happen eventually. Again, for 13 years old and the original seats, good shape. KBB lists this car for 6750 in good shape, which it is, in stock condition. I have over 8k in modifications. I know you don't get money back when you mod, but I believe my asking price is fair. I can talk on the price, but don't insult me. THANK YOU FOR LOOKING.
