Oldie but goodie motorcycle in fair condition still has life left. If you know a thing or two about bikes and want to get someone riding this bike is for you. This bike is THIS close to running and I would not be selling it unless I thought it had life left. Ive taken this bike all over Texas even Dallas and South Padre Island. Spent most of its life in Illinois garages as their riding season is very short. The bike is suitable for new riders with 694cc, enough to get moving quick but also a very balanced and easy-to-ride cruiser. The Good - Many original and hard-to-find parts Low mileage - 29576 with functional odometer - no joke! Recently replaced battery Carbureted Droppable - dropping does not do any damage whatsoever, pick it up and drive off Relatively new tires Great gas mileage Clean Title $1000 trade-in value at good condition Oil-change maintained Functional electrical system - could probably pass inspection as is Easy to fix - '85 means no computers but parts are another story Classic collector's item (3) Ignition keys The Bad - Not currently running - engine turns but does not turn over fully - cleaned carb recently - choke likely non-functional but I believe if you can fix this this bike will roar. Needs transport. Dry break system - barely functional, just needs some fluid and a patch up top Cosmetic issues - That hose clamp is holding up the exhaust pipe because the weld broke, simply weld back to repair but repair is unnecessary, bike can run forever as is. Gas tank paint coming off up front Hole in brake fluid reservoir near handle, patchable Missing left side battery cover as seen in picture I cannot guarantee this bike will start but being a Honda with less than 30000 miles there is as many miles as you want out of it provided you clean the fuel system and feed it gas. I can guarantee that no parts have been stripped or sold under my watch for the last four years and all parts are remarkably intact for its age. (no bs) Great project/starter bike, could be used for parts but I think it would do better getting it up to par and just cruising. Still has plenty enough top speed to ride on highways. Bike is being sold AS-IS, no exceptions. Reminder - this bike needs to be hauled away. Engine turns but does not turn over. REQUIRES pickup within one week from San Antonio TX, if not possible I reserve the right to sell to the next highest bidder. Clean title - I will sign it over as soon as its loaded.
