Despite our best efforts, there may be additional damage that is not visible to us at the time of the inspection. The vehicles we sell are used vehicles and not new vehicles. You must expect normal wear and tear. All buyers must be advised that used vehicles will have typical cosmetic scratches and dings inherent for their age and use, and that all mechanical parts are subject to failure. All bidders must be at least 18 years of age. All bidders must have a valid driver’s license in the state to which they wish to register the vehicle in. A copy of this driver’s license must be emailed or faxed to us for our files and for processing any relevant documents.
In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidated damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle.
We reserve the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction. We reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion and end the auction early in the event the vehicle is sold prior to the end of the auction or for any other reason, and we shall not be held liable for such cancellations.
No repairs, airfare or transportation expenses will be refunded back to the customer by Dimension Motors Inc in the event that there is any discrepancy on this vehicle. Any valid refund will only be issued to the original bidder and not to any 2nd or third party that may be involved. In the event of a refund Dimension Motors Inc. can only be held liable for the funds received on the vehicles original bill of sale. In the event of any legal litigation, the governing State shall be Florida and the governing county shall be Broward County, Florida. Ideally, we encourage all potential bidders to make an effort to inspect and test drive any vehicle listed in this auction before bidding.
SHIPPING
We can assist with shipping if necessary; however the purchaser is liable for all shipping costs and we are not liable for any damage that may occur during shipping. There are several dependable and fully insured transport companies that we utilize.
Fee and Tax Information: PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. Call (954) 735-9944 or email sales@dimensionmotors.com. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell to the next highest bidder or sell otherwise. A $350.00 Non-Refundable Deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction’s close. Florida residents must pay 6% State Sales Tax on all vehicle purchases, in addition to any applicable registration and title transfer fees. Payment via PayPal is accepted for Deposit purposes only. FULL PAYMENT must be made within 3 DAYS of auction close (this does not include the weekend or holidays when the banks are normally closed). Cashier’s check, money orders and bank-to-bank wire transfers are all accepted. If you are purchasing from outside the US, the only method of payment we accept is a bank wire transfer.
