FROM TIME TO TIME WE ARE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO PURCHASE SOME TRULY EXCEPTIONAL AUTOMOBILES AND THIS HAPPENS TO BE ONE OF THEM. THIS WAGON HAS ALWAYS BEEN GARAGE KEPT AND WAS NEVER DRIVEN IN INCLEMENT WEATHER. THE ORIGINAL OWNER WAS ALSO A NON-SMOKER.
THIS VEHICLE WAS USED AS THE PREVIOUS OWNER'S *CALLING CARD,* IT HAD NO OTHER PURPOSE. THESE FACTORS ARE SOME OF THE IMPORTANT INGREDIENTS IN ESTABLISHING AN EXCELLENT COLLECTOR CAR. NOT TO MENTION THE RAPIDLY DISSAPPEARANCE OF THE STATION WAGON, AS A WHOLE, FROM OUR MODERN CULTURE. UPON PURCHASE THE VEHICLE WAS TRANSPORTED TO OUR SERVICE CENTER FOR EVALUATION. AT THAT TIME WE WERE HAPPY TO DISCOVER THAT ALL OF THE SIGNATURE "WEAR OUT" ITEMS, SUCH AS THE BRAKES, EXHAUST BUSHINGS, ALL OF THE HARDWARE ETC, IS FACTORY ORIGINAL WITH ALL OF THE ORIGINAL FACTORY MARKINGS. THE UNDERCARRIAGE OF THIS VEHICLE IS RUST FREE AND FACTORY ORIGINAL, AS WELL. AFTER ALL OF THE FLUIDS WERE ADDRESSED AND A NEW BATTERY INSTALLED, THE VEHICLE WAS ROAD TESTED. AT THAT TIME IT WAS BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS NOT SHIFTING CORRECTLY. THE NEXT DAY IT SHIFTED BETTER, BUT STILL NOT CORRECTLY.
THE ENGINE RUNS PERFECTLY WITH NO REPAIRS REQUIRED.
THIS VEHICLE WILL CERTAINLY BE A TERRIFIC ADDITION TO ANY FORD LOVER'S COLLECTION.
