Here's a good looking 2003 Ford F-350 crew cab 4x4 up for bid. I'm guessing the engine needs either replacement or some type of major work. We purchased this vehicle at auction as an inop and have not started it. It came thru as seen with no tailgate or batteries under the hood. The FICM has been messed with and we can't even get the digital odometer to illuminate. Therefore, it has unknown miles. It has a clean title, NO salvage. The truck has a beautiful interior and a pretty good body for a work truck. No, it's not perfect. It is equipped with a B&W turnover ball in the bed. There is surface rust in the bed of the truck as well as on the lower side of the body in places. This is outside SURFACE rust. There is NO rust from the inside out. You will have to invest some time, money, and effort to get it running right again. But this crew cab 4x4 is worth it. 2003's came with both the 6.0 and 7.3 Diesels, so it might even be a good candidate for a 7.3 or Cummins swap. This one has the 6.0. It is being sold to the highest bid. This is, and will make someone an awesome work/play truck when done. These trucks are getting harder to find with minimal rust and a nice interior. As mentioned, this truck is being offered exactly as seen, and will require some type of major engine work. We have not had it running, so I can't tell you much about it. Plan on it being whatever may be the worst case scenario is and bid accordingly. This is what I know for sure. The FICM has been messed with. It looks like from another truck. The coolant tank by the firewall is disconnected. Just sitting there. The batteries are missing. everything else seems to be in place. Plan on it needing an engine and be pleasantly surprised if it's something stupid. It would be a great farm, ranch, rodeo, or work truck. The paint and body do have imperfections that I would consider normal wear and tear consistent for it's age and use. The dents are worst on the bed . The tires are all in poor condition. The State of Colorado, along with many other states, automatically exempt the recorded mileage on the title for any vehicle over ten years old, and over 100,000 miles. Therefore, on these vehicles, the titles will simply be "exempted miles" and have a "0" indicated for odometer reading. We also occasionally need to title these vehicles in our business' name if they are from out of state and do not have room for any further reassignments. This may take up to 30 days, and we have no control over that, as we are at the States mercy .
