Up for auction NO RESERVE is a 1979 Camaro Sport Coupe with the Orginal 350 4-Barrel, 4-Speed manual Special Order Car.

The Story:

This car was a barn/garage find in Snohomish County Washington. The gentleman I got it from had purchased it from the original which was his friends dad. His friend and him used to ride in it as kids to Cub Scouts with dad. I was told the dad special ordered the car new and then to verify I found the build sheet that does say customer order on it. This is a rare find since there are not many 79 Camaro's with 350 V-8 let alone 350 V-8's with manual transmissions.

Exterior: On a scale from 1-10, 10 being the best. I would rate the cars exterior an 8. While the car is still in the orginal white color, it has had some repaint in it's life time and some rust bubbles on the right rear lower rocker (see pictures) and very small around the right rear window trim. So there is still some rust but over all a rust free West Coast Car.

Interior: On a scale from 1-10, 10 being the best I would rate the cars interior a 9. Interior is like new considering the age of the car.

Mechanics: On a scale from 1-10, 10 being the best, I would rate the cars mechanics a 9. Car runs and drives out excellent and strong. I would rate the mechanics a 10, although the car is not new and therefore I cannot fairly give it a 10.
