This Jeep is as nice as you can expect for a 16 year old Jeep, in fact it looks better than most 1999 Cherokees on the road. Its actually pretty low miles for the yr with only 9500 miles a year. This was a completely stock Jeep two months ago and something hit me to make it look a lot better. So here it is on the market for you to purchase it for a great deal in a No Reserve auction. The Desert Sand Pearl paint on this truck is what sets it apart from the Cherokee everyone else has, this is a rare factory color. The Jeep was in a small fender bender back in 2007 and has a slightly different shine on the fender. When I say it was a small fender bender it really was and I will include the original fender if the new owner wants it. For a 16 yr old Jeep the body and paint has really held up well. The fender flares and molding were painted the body color to mimic the look of the Limited Cherokee. This truck gets lots of compliments of how clean it is. The truck has ZERO rust. It has lived its entire life in the in the states of Virginia and Texas, so no rust bucket here. The Jeep has not been undercoated to hide any damage like a lot of them on eBay are. Mechanically I would drive this truck cross country right now with the wife and kids and never think twice. With only 151k showing on the odometer this Jeep has not even reached the midpoint of its life. The engine just had a full tune up and new fluids, this is the biggest part of getting 400k out of these Cherokees the maintenance. The transmission was just treated to a brand new filter and fluid. The engine runs with 45 pounds of oil pressure when hot, the same as it did when new. Now is where my madness came in, I typically put a two inch lift on my Cherokees, but this one I put the 3.5 inch RE lift on it. The front end was also treated with new MOOG sway bar end links. Also put the 3-4 extended RE twin tube shocks. The tires are brand new mud tires mounted on stock Jeep aluminum wheels and really set the Jeep off after being lifted. There is no fender trimming done on this Jeep its all stock. Now the interior is all stock down to the factory tape deck. The seats are really clean for a 16 year old Jeep. The carpets are very nice and only have a few stains which you have to look for to see. The Jeep still retains the factory floor mats with only showing wear on the drivers mat. The headliner is brand new and not hanging like most. The power windows and locks work on all the doors. The A/C is ice cold with very warm winter heat. This truck has never been in the mud or off road its only seen paved roads in its life. If you are looking for a nice Jeep, stop looking and bid.
