You are bidding on a very nice 1997 Triumph "Sprint" 900 triple in very good original condition with very low miles.This bike is classified as a "sport tourer",but this bike really does a lot of things very well.With only 5840 original miles on the clock,this bike is barely broken in,as these bikes can easily cover 100,000 miles with no major issues.With 90 HP on tap,and a 6-speed tranny,theres plenty of power & torque for any situation on the road.Here are the details: Within the last 50 miles,I had the following maintenance procedures done to the bike.Motor oil/filter replaced with Mobil 1,Mikuni flat slide carbs rebuilt & synced,valves checked & adjusted where necessary,brake & clutch fluids changed,spark plugs & new battery installed,as well as a K&N air filter. The only changes from stock are the hand grips,and a new black /green leather seat cover from the UK which I had installed.Also,the original mufflers were swapped out with a pair of aluminum Micron units from the UK,and carbs were rejetted as required.I do not have the originals.They sound great! All original paintwork is in great shape with no issues,other than a minor scratch or mar here & there.No rust or corrosion throughout,and the bike looks great.Clear PA. title in my name. Overall,a really nice Triumph triple offered at a fair "Buy It Now" price.These don't come up to often especially in this condition with low miles.A really sexy bike in that 1990s kind of way.The bike may appear a little "tall" in the photos,but when its off of the center stand,it really isn't.Handles extremely well.
