Car is very solid, as good a body as I have ever seen, Marti report reads: Lorain plant, Fairlane 500 2 dr convertible, wimbleton white ford #1619A, 390 2V, C6 Automatic, Black power top with glass backlite, power steering, power disk brakes, standard bench seat, scheduled for build May 29 1968-built one day ahead of schedule, visibility group, 7.75X14-4 ply rated white wall tires, deluxe seat belts, am radio, power steering, wheel covers, Now has 302 automatic, new exhaust with flowmaster mufflers, runs and drives well enough to drive on and off transporter, I know it has a pretty good exhaust leak and with some tweaking the car could be a driver, the body is super clean and I was told it was a California car and it looks like it judging the shape of the under structure, has two quarter spots in the lower areas of the rear quarters by the drains, also some small spots by the wiper motor on the cowl, the rest of the car is perfect as far as corrosion goes, the front core support has been replaced it looks like it was in a collision and was replaced with correct big block core support and left front apron, could be body worked and would not show, convertible top motor runs but the top needs replacing and the frame needs some work, has the two arms that sometimes break inside the trunk, missing the heater box, I have included some pictures of the bottom of the doors, outer wheel housings, lower quarters, under battery(no rust), looking behind the front wheel at torque box area,
