I am a Pennsylvania used vehicle dealer and I work differently than most dealers. I offer all my vehicles for sale on eBay. These vehicles are mostly trade-ins from local new car dealerships and other dealers in the area. I buy and sell these vehicles "as-traded". They have not been serviced (unless otherwise specified), detailed, or fixed up for retail sale. I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. I try to accurately describe any mechanical issues to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. Please understand that these are used vehicles. They are not perfect. They have the wear and tear associated with age and mileage. Please read the full description including Terms & Conditions and Fees. I want you to have accurate expectations about what you are buying so you can bid with confidence. Up for auction with No Reserve is a Ford Ranger pickup in need of repair. It has a misfire on cylinder 6 and low compression in that cylinder. Other than the mechanical malfunction, this truck looks to be in good shape for the age and miles. It is a two wheel drive, regular cab truck with the cool looking flair-side bed. I feel stupid having to say this, but since I’ve had a rash of idiots lately I will spell it out as clearly as possible. THIS TRUCK IS NOT CURRRENTLY IN DRIVABLE CONDITION. IT DOES NOT RUN. IT WILL NEED REPAIRS BEFORE IT CAN BE DRIVEN DOWN THE ROAD. It is being sold AS-IS, INOPERABLE. I will explain the problems with the truck to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. I cannot tell you what is wrong; what it will take to fix; or how much the repairs may cost. There may be additional problems that I am not aware of. Bring a trailer or other way to tow this vehicle. As you can see in the pictures, the body of the truck is in average condition for the age. It has a few small scrapes and the rear bumper is a bit banged up. It is a good ten footer: it looks good from 10 feet away. All the lights and glass are in good shape. The bed has a heavy plastic DuraLiner. The steel wheels look good and are wrapped in good rubber all around. The interior is the base trim. It has the heavy vinyl floor and manual windows, locks, and mirrors. The split bench seat is comfortable. The seats have a few small holes and stains. The factory stereo works. The previous owner was a smoker. The windows crank up and down easily and have vent visors. This truck has a current PA annual inspection that was issued at the end of last September (not by me) and only about 1200 miles have been put on it since. (Once again I have to put in a disclaimer that this truck will not pass a PA inspection in its current condition.) These vehicles are mostly trade-ins from local new car dealerships and other dealers in the area. I buy and sell these vehicles "as-traded". They have not been serviced (unless otherwise specified), detailed, or fixed up for retail sale. I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. I try to accurately describe any mechanical issues to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. Please understand that these are used vehicles. They are not perfect. They have the wear and tear associated with age and mileage.

Up for auction with No Reserve is a Ford Ranger pickup in need of repair. It has a misfire on cylinder 6 and low compression in that cylinder. Other than the mechanical malfunction, this truck looks to be in good shape for the age and miles. It is a two wheel drive, regular cab truck with the cool looking flair-side bed.
I feel stupid having to say this, but since I’ve had a rash of idiots lately I will spell it out as clearly as possible. THIS TRUCK IS NOT CURRRENTLY IN DRIVABLE CONDITION. IT DOES NOT RUN. IT WILL NEED REPAIRS BEFORE IT CAN BE DRIVEN DOWN THE ROAD. It is being sold AS-IS, INOPERABLE. I will explain the problems with the truck to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. I cannot tell you what is wrong; what it will take to fix; or how much the repairs may cost. There may be additional problems that I am not aware of. Bring a trailer or other way to tow this vehicle.
As you can see in the pictures, the body of the truck is in average condition for the age. It has a few small scrapes and the rear bumper is a bit banged up. It is a good ten footer: it looks good from 10 feet away. All the lights and glass are in good shape. The bed has a heavy plastic DuraLiner. The steel wheels look good and are wrapped in good rubber all around.
The interior is the base trim. It has the heavy vinyl floor and manual windows, locks, and mirrors. The split bench seat is comfortable. The seats have a few small holes and stains. The factory stereo works. The previous owner was a smoker. The windows crank up and down easily and have vent visors.
This truck has a current PA annual inspection that was issued at the end of last September (not by me) and only about 1200 miles have been put on it since. (Once again I have to put in a disclaimer that this truck will not pass a PA inspection in its current condition.) Please understand that I cannot road test the truck.
If you’re a mechanic, someone that flips cars, or are looking to do some sort of crazy V8 engine swap, this might be a good truck for you. Speaking of crazy V8 swaps, I do have an OBD1 Ford 4.6L V8 and transmission from a Mercury that is sitting in the corner collecting dust. If that sounds like a fun project to you, maybe we can make a package deal.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.

There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any kind of warranty.

Vehicles ten model years old and older are exempt from odometer disclosure, this is a federal law. Mileage may be listed as "exempt" or "TMU" on titles for vehicles older than ten model years old.
