This is a 1963 VW Beetle VIN # 6388440 with what I was told was a 1973 1600 50bhp motor. I believe the motor number is AS 41 043.101.102A please see associated picture. I do not know where the title is for this Bug! I have had it since the 1980's, when I was in the US Navy. I pulled the motor in the 1990's and due to a back injury and other life events I never finished putting it back together. Unless for anything that has rusted out, this is a complete car. My intention had always been to put it back together, it had been completely redone prior to my getting it and the floor pans and other things seem to be in very good condition, but don't take my word for it, send someone to come look at it.
