Engine turns, just doesn't start.Leak in the brake line, very little stopping power.Needs a battery. The UGLY:The interior. Van has black mildew inside, as well as remnants from mice that stayed inside on occasion and thus smells of mouse urine...it's pretty funky.Rust on bottom of back door. There is a leak at the top of the windshield. With a lot of elbow grease, Lysol and a Tyvek hazmat suit, this could be a presentable van inside and out.
