1972 Chevrolet Stingray Corvette Convertible with 454 Big Block LS5 engine and automatic transmission 1972 Chevrolet Stingray Corvette Convertible with 454 ci and extra Hardtop. Beautiful car and has been part of the family for many years. She is a head turner and alot of fun to drive. We are the second owners of this car and have owned her for over 30 years. We are selling the car due to my Father's failing health. He can no longer enjoy or drive the car. It has been very well maintained. She has 45045 original miles. The car has been driven under 1000 miles in the past 10 years. She has been started regularly. We have all the receipts, documentation and appraisal on the vehicle. The car has just recently had a full tune up, oil change, freeze plugs and brakes done. She's very dependable, strong running and ready to go. The convertible top is in excellent shape, as well as, the optioned hardtop. Interior is in great shape and is the optioned Deluxe Black Leather. The tires have some dry rotting but good tread. Lights go up and down with no issues. The frame birdcage are in excellent shape no rust, no damage. Here is a list of some of the items the car needs done: 1- The AC is the original R12 system and the compressor works but the high pressure hose has a leak. 2- The driver side power window needs a new motor. 3- There are some chipped areas on the paint located on top of the hood. 4- Wiper motors works but the vacuum actuator for the grill needs repair. 5- Some minor surface rust on the rear passenger side bumper. It does need some minor work. Other than that the car is in great shape. It has been garaged kept. Car RUNS and DRIVES GREAT. You can jump in it and drive with no issues.
