This would make a great student or commuter ride! The car was inspected by the Delaware DMV and issued a Rebuilt / Reconstructed Title due to Water/Flood Claim. It can be titled and insured anywhere. This car is very clean and there was no water damage to the engine or transmission. It appears that the water only reached the passenger side floorboard. Both the interior and exterior were professionally cleaned and detailed. This is a used car so there are a few paint and interior blemishes. The most noticeable is a tree sap or paint defect on the driver's door about the size of a dime (see photo).
