I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mehanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1995 BMW 325iS convertible. The E36 needs no introduction. Its reputation for quality, reliability and performance are known the world over. I would rate the exterior of this specific BMW to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking car. It is finished in white with a black soft top and two tone light gray/dark gray interior. The body lines are nice and straight. The exterior shows very well for its age with no noteworthy blemishes. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few minor imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. The soft top is in very nice condition. The rear window is clear (not all hazed over) but there is a crack in the plastic window that you cannot see in the photos because it happened after I put the top up. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. All of the glass and lenses are intact. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how nice this 325iS looks. I would also rate the interior to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, the leather interior shows very well and has obviously been well cared for. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age and are not excessively worn. The leather seats show very well for their age. Both front seats are power operated. The drivers seat recliner does not appear to work. The power windows, locks, mirrors and power top all work properly. The dash and inside liner of the convertible top show well. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of owners books are included. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The audio system is original. Again, please check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this 325iS appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older vehicle. The suspension feels a little soft to me so you may want new shocks at some point. The steering and brakes feel good. The engine makes good power and feels strong. She keeps proper temperature and drives well. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mehanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1995 BMW 325iS convertible. The E36 needs no introduction. Its reputation for quality, reliability and performance are known the world over. I would rate the exterior of this specific BMW to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking car. It is finished in white with a black soft top and two tone light gray/dark gray interior. The body lines are nice and straight. The exterior shows very well for its age with no noteworthy blemishes. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few minor imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. The soft top is in very nice condition. The rear window is clear (not all hazed over) but there is a crack in the plastic window that you cannot see in the photos because it happened after I put the top up. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. All of the glass and lenses are intact. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how nice this 325iS looks.
I would also rate the interior to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, the leather interior shows very well and has obviously been well cared for. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age and are not excessively worn. The leather seats show very well for their age. Both front seats are power operated. The drivers seat recliner does not appear to work. The power windows, locks, mirrors and power top all work properly. The dash and inside liner of the convertible top show well. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of owners books are included. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The audio system is original. Again, please check out each of the photos carefully.
Mechanically, this 325iS appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older vehicle. The suspension feels a little soft to me so you may want new shocks at some point. The steering and brakes feel good. The engine makes good power and feels strong. She keeps proper temperature and drives well. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
We offer a unique way of purchasing a vehicle. We sell vehicles to the public with No Reserve auction pricing. Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We get a lot of interesting, unique vehicles and many that have minor flaws. We give every vehicle a thorough test drive and a visual inspection and describe what we see and feel to you in our descriptions. We try to provide as thorough and accurate a description as possible as well as including 40-60 photos. Understand however, that we are not professional mechanics and cannot predict the future.
There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any kind of warranty.
