Vehicle Detail
Hello, Up for sale is my 1989 BMW 325i track car, ready to race or simply use for HPD days. This would be a great Spec E30 candidate as well. The car was originally built by a local driving instructor and enthusiast with the BMW club here in the Rocky Mountains. No expenses spared, I have a folder of receipts over an inch thick. Great condition, very well sorted clean car with no rust. Started life as an 89 325i currently with 146,xxx miles on the M20 engine, manual tranny (shifts like butter). Exterior lights & signals are functional. Recently overhauled: new fluids, gates racing timing belt, water pump, valve adjustment, serpentine belts, plugs, fresh Oil change, new battery and more. Just a few of the goodies:LSD 4:10 Diff. BMP Design suspension kit, H&R springs, Bilstein struts/shocks, upgraded swaybars and links. Front & Rear strut bars. Ireland engineering 290mm front big brake kit with 2-piece rotors and bigger calipers with Wilwood "E" Pads(Uses early 90's Mustang or Camaro pads) Rear slotted Brembo rotors.Tilton brake proportioning valve. Brake cooling ducts.Turner 12x1.5 62mm extended wheel studs.Turner Motorsports engine, diff and subframe mounts and adjustable clutch stop. Kirk Racing 6-point weld-in Cage with door bars. Sunroof delete.Turner Motorsports Performance Chip.Miller MAF Conversion & K&N filter. Bavarian Autosport ceramic headers.Bavarian Autosport Rising/Rate Adj fuel pressure regulator. B&M Short shifter with Sparco knob. SuperTrapp adjustable muffler.Kosei K-1 racing rims with newer BFG R1 slicks with heat cycling, plenty of rubber left. Momo wheel with quick release hub.Fan delete with electric fan.Kirkley aluminum seats with back bracing and cam harness's. (Belts would be out of date for racing) The car's tach has recently gone out, I believe it needs the normal cluster battery replacement. I would just install an aftermarket gauge with a shift light. There is much more, almost every seal, bushing, wheel bearing, nut and bolt has been checked or replaced. Keep in mind that this IS a track car, normal nicks and scratches, the interior is stripped, no driver or passenger side glass, no a/c, etc. It drives like its on rails :-). Great car with over $18K invested. I was getting it ready for the spring but a recent job change has changed my priorities. Ready to hit the track! I can help with delivery within a reasonable distance, I'm located an hour west of Denver, CO. Feel free to email, text, or call with any questions. 423-767-nine five six two Thank you, David
