Sorry for sideways photos I don't know why when loading they turn sideways. For sale is a 1999 BMW 323 2.5 L6 5 speed manual transmission , convertible with 150k miles. This car has a clear Florida Title. I am selling the car for a friend . This car does have a "M" Series Badge on the steering wheel and on the trunk so not sure what that means , The key to the car was lost we had to order a new one from BMW and the car will have to go to BMW to have the key programmed to the alarm right now the flashers will go off while you drive the car. We do not have a BMW dealership near us. You can just pull the relay if you choose to drive the car. The car runs and drives good A/C blows cold heat works great. It has power windows and locks as well as cruise control , it has dual climate control . There is no stereo but does have a aftermarket plug. The front seats are nice no holes but the back seats base needs to recovered or simply replaced , the carpet does have a worn hole on drivers side other then that decent carpet with a few stains , the hole is covered with the new floor mats it has in it. I have never operated the top it doesn't appear to leak I don't see any holes the back window is difficult to see out of , when the key was lost we he left the drivers door slightly open because the alarm automatically locks the doors and the carpet got wet when it rained but we did steam clean the carpet meaning I am not 100% sure the top doesn't leak due to carpet already wet from rain and cleaning but it doesn't look to leak , both power windows operate like they should when you open and close the doors ,the left little rear window works but you have to help it up and down , the door panels look decent but need help mainly the passenger side. Of coarse the glove box cover is off but do have the cover to be glued back on , the dash is nice the cluster is nice the console is nice like I said both front seats are nice . the exterior is nice but does have a few dings on drivers door and left upper hood , as well the hood still shines but is fading not pealing just faded , the car gets compliments the lights are clear it is missing the right fog light and part of inner fender. it had a sploiler on it at one time which has been removed upclose you can see the push pins covering the holes and the outline were it was. It needs new hood shocks. the engine is original not messed with factory air box still there as well as all tubing. I am sure the struts and or shocks are original if you hit a decent bump they make some noise not bad , The wheels are decent tires fair. it appears to have a aftermarket exhaust but it is not loud and sounds good . The drivers window has a tiny chip at the top on the edge doesn't affect anything. The only light on is the air bag light this car does have front and side air bags. any questions send me a email I will try to answer them , non refundable deposit due with in 24hr and full payment due with in 7 days if the deposit is not paid with in 24 hours the car will be relisted. Bottom line it is a running and Driving BMW that looks decent as well . it is not going to win a car show and if you want it perfect it does need work. Yes it has a good battery and it is a genuine BMW battery the rims are factory BMW 205/55/16 with about a 1 inch lip yes all gauges work
