This is a nice 55 Fairlane. It has the U code 272 V-8 with the M code intake and a Holly 4 barrel. It's been bored .040 over and always starts right up! It has a 3 speed standard transmission, 4 new Corker tires, new shocks, new lower A frame bushings and sway bar ends, and a solar panel in the rear that charges a 12 volt battery in the trunk so you can listen to the radio/cd player. The oil pressure is about 60 lbs. at idle, the temp gauge also works good and the car runs nice and cool and is completely undercoated. The car shows about 125 K, I don't know the true mileage, the speedometer works fine but I don't know the history of the car. . The previous owner loved this car as you can see from the restoration, and had it, I was told for many years. The reserve is set low for this caliber of automobile.
