1980 BMW R-Series

I purchased this BMW R100T in August of 2013. I am the third owner. A little over 1000 miles have been put on it since I’ve had it. It has sat in the garage most of the time that I have owned it because I was in the Army and had very little time to ride it. I have done very little to the bike. I replaced the seat with a flatter Denfield unit, installed new fork boots, changed the fork fluid, changed the spark plugs, and changed the front tire and inner tube. The original owner had a number of tasteful engine mods done to the bike. There are a lot of accessories including BMW hardbags, a Clymer manual, and the original tool kit I have to go with the bike. When it was running it ran great and gave me no troubles what so ever. However I can’t get it started right now and with school starting up I need money more than I need a classic motorcycle. I cleaned out the carburetors, tested the coils and plug wires, and put fresh fuel in the tank. The bike has spark and is getting fuel so all I can figure is the compression is low. The engine turns over fine and will probably take little to get going. I would prefer to have the buyer pick up, but I will ship if the buyer covers shipping costs.
