Vehicle Detail

I am selling my 1980 Chevrolet C10 Silverado. I purchased this trucks a few months ago with the intentions of lowering it, and going towards the Hot Rod Truck look, but I have decided to try and find a short bed instead. I bought the truck from an individual in North Carolina and I believe that it has been in North Carolina it's entire life. After I purchased the truck I went through it from top to bottom to ensure that it was mechanically reliable and safe enough to be a daily driver. Anything in the front end that needed to be fixed was replaced, brakes were checked, and I fixed any oil leaks that were present. From my experience so far the truck has been a reliable daily driver. I currently drive it a couple days a week and it has done real well. It has factory power windows, power door locks, and Factory A/C. Also has Factory Radio that does work. The previous owner had painted the truck and replaced some of the body moldings, as well as install a spray in bed-liner. He also installed a new 350 Crate Engine with an Edelbrock Aluminum Intake, and a Edelbrock Four Barrell Carburetor. I cannot prove the miles are on the Crate Motor but the previous owner stated their were approximately 10,000 miles on it at the time I purchased it. I believe this is a very solid truck for the age, and would trust driving it anywhere. With that being said, I don't want there to be any surprises to someone that may buy it. The issues I know of are as follows: The Power Door locks stick from time to time, Some of the weather stripping is showing some age and could use replacement, Truck has Factory A/C but it is not blowing cold, Heat works flawlessly. Fan motor occasionally makes whining sound, possibly the bearing in the fan motor. It currently has manual choke on the carburetor but there is no cable run to it. Truck still cranks and runs well but sometimes takes a minute to warm up on a real cold morning. The Factory Temperature Gauge is not working, but there is an aftermarket gauge installed below the steering wheel that does work. The paint job is definitely good enough to set it apart from most of the old trucks you see on the road but it is not a show quality paint job. Looks good but not perfect. The Seat has a newer cover on it but underneath the cover the vinyl is coming apart. The Carpet is in good shape with the exception of spot on the passenger side that is torn and coming apart. It currently shows 78,961 on the odometer but I'm not sure if that is actual miles or if it is 178,691. All of the exterior lights and function properly, but the tail light lens are slightly cracked and weathered. Tires were brand new when I bought the truck and still have plenty of tread left.  Feel Free to Message me with any questions!
