1979 Scout 2, has 70,000 original miles on it and all records from when it was bout in 1980. I recently got it from a family member to fix up, but I am now moving which is why I am selling it. In the past few months I have Installed a new Gas tank, a new battery, and 2 new fuel filters. the suspension is newer, along with the carburetor. For as long as the Scout has been in my family and the owners before us, it was used as a farm truck and on our hunting lease in Texas. The truck and 4x4 both run and will start but will need to be trailered when bought The downside to the scout is it does have rust. Both driver side and passenger side floor pans need to be replaced. the front windshield piece has rust as well. It will need some work to get it where it needs to be.
