I bought this Odyssey on eBay 11 years ago from a dealer in Dallas Texas; I am the second owner. It is rust free as it has been a southern car all its life, but has dents, dings and scrapes on all body panels. I have taken care of the engine and drive train, but the body has not been washed regularly, and the interior is far from new looking. Everything works [save the ABS brake system], from the AC to the cruise control, although the climate control is missing a knob & I use a key to move it to and fro. Sometimes I have to hook my foot under the brake pedal and pull toward me to enable the cruise control to engage [needs grease or new switch?]. Two of the tires were new a month ago; the other two look new as they have very few miles, but are a year or two old. The rear suspension squeaks sometimes. It had a new timing belt and water pump a few years ago; it is supposed to be done every 8 years, so you have 6 to go. The AC compressor, Alternator, and everything else except the radiator are all original; I don't know what the life span on those items is. The radiator was replaced 7 years ago when the Honda dealership tech accidentally punctured it performing maintenance. I don't know how many miles are left on the brakes; it has been a long time since I had them replaced, and there is some shimmy from warped front rotors when hard braking, although I am told the tire place put the lug nuts on too tight. It passed all NC State inspections a month or two ago. It has high mileage, burns/leaks oil, has some squeaks and rattles, but runs smoothly and has never let us down. The ABS brake system is failing as the light comes on sometimes, but not all the time; it would cost serious money to fix it, but I was told it just functions like a system w/o ABS in the event of failure, which has been OK to me; I can't tell the difference. The interior is stained and worn from children, but it is pet & smoke free; neither the previous owner nor us do either. There are no funny smells or odors [to me]. Given the age & high mileage, I offer no warranty, either express or implied, so please understand that before you bid. You are bidding on an old car with high mileage, lots of dents and dings, and a child-ridden interior.
