For sale 1983 Honda CB1000 custom. The even rarer 1000cc version of the already rare CB900c. Very powerful with the notorious 10-speed transmission. These are getting very hard to find, especially in original condition. There is typical wear and tear (small scratches on tank, some chrome, etc.) but it is definitely not bad. This particular one has under 14k miles and runs great. Within the last few hundred miles, the valves have been adjusted (all 16 shims replaced), the carburetors were completely disassembled and cleaned, the air filter was replaced, spark plugs were replaced, oil was changed, and the battery was replaced. The side covers and seat are in very good condition. Original pipes are still in good condition and not rotted through (like many are). The handlebars and turn signals are not original, however the original handlebars and rear signals are included in the sale. The center stand was removed but will also be included. The choke cable is broken and an emblem is missing. Other than that, it's all there. With some TLC and some time this would be a VERY nice example of an original CB1000c.
