I have a 1983 Cadillac Coupe Deville Lowrider for sale. The car has 55,228 original miles and I have a open title already signed off by the previous owner. The title states the miles on it so no lies. Now this is a project car and it needs minor work but over all a clean car with low miles and a good starting point for someone that knows lowriders or make the car back to original. The body is straight with no rust and clean. Car will need to be re painted but its not ugly either. The interior is clean expect for the driver seat has a few rips. Nice wire wheels that are clean and tires are great. The AC does not work but heat does. They hydraulics work fine but will need to be looked over because they leak fluid but it might need tightening up. The car has 4 switches and 8 batteries. car does standing three wheel and while driving also. I buy and sell cars so i bought this and want to sell it. Like i said this is a project car and will need to be towed away. The does start and drive but breaks need work. I think they need to be bleed. All the fillers are there with no cracks and its a nice car that needs work. The car is sold as is.
