Auction is for a rare and hard to find 5 speed manual transmission Cherokee. You can find the 4cyl manuals all day but this Cherokee has the almost bulletproof 4.0 inline 6. Only having been driven an average of 10k a year also helps out. This would make an awesome Christmas gift. The Jeep runs as well as it did the day it rolled off the line. The transmission shifts nicely with no grinds or pop outs. The oil was just changed and a full tune up was preformed. As for the suspension all is good there with the new daystar front lift and the RE rear lift. The sway bar end links were replaced with the Moog extended grease able units. The brakes were just completely serviced with new pads, shoes, spring kit. The Muffler is brand new and the catalytic convertor is only a few years old. This truck just passed a very strict Virginia state inspection. The 31 inch Good Year Wrangler mud tires have at least 95 percent tread. Now for the body, there is zero rust in this truck it has been a Virginia truck its entire life. Now I am not the kind of seller who puts a 1000 dollar paint job on a reworked rusty or municipal owned Cherokee and list it with a huge reserve. We all know how well state and government employees take care of trucks that are not theirs. This Jeep has the classic paint checking on the hood and has a few dings, but hey remember it’s a 16 year old Jeep. The truck has been taken care of and it shows. If you are looking for a brand new Jeep Good luck. This truck has never been wrecked or abused. The interior has a brand new headliner. The seats have no rips or stains or wear anywhere. No again I am not going to sell you a Jeep with a huge reserve with rips in the side of the drivers seat. The interior has had a full detail. There is an Alpine CD player and 4 Pioneer speakers. The off road cargo basket on the top adds a great look and a place to carry extra cargo. The KC lights are not hooked up so there are not any holes drilled in the roof. There is also a class 3 hitch and four prong wiring. So again no huge reserve here, this is a NO reserve auction. It will be sold to the highest bidder, though I do reserve the right to end the auction for a local sale. I will need to have a deposit of 500 dollars within 24 hours of auctions closing. Full payment must be made within 72 hours of the auctions end. I will have some more pictures of the Jeep and the interior on Monday when it gets back from the detail shop.
