1964 Chevy C 10 Pickup 235 straight 6 engine, granny low 4 speed transmission. It looks to me that the engine/trans are not original, as the overall gearing is really low. The top speed is 60 mph, which is just because of the gearing, the engine runs great and doesn't smoke. Everything works, lights, turn signals, brake lights, heater, horn. the only thing that doesn't work are the wipers, but the switch is missing, so I'm not sure what the deal is there. I upgraded the charging system with an internally regulated alternator and a new battery. The following items are new: Rear shocks Gas gauge / sender Distributor cap / rotor, points / condensor, spark plugs Some of the pictures show the truck when it was lowered, but it is at the stock height now. I should also mention that the rust is on the outer rockers and lower front fender corners, otherwise, it is remarkably rust free. The wood bed is original, with one rotted through spot abot a foot long.
