Shortly after this 1975 purchase, the form fitted seat covers were installed. We are told the original upholstery is like new. Cosmetically this Thunderbird is outstanding for a 40 year old car. There are, of course, some very minor chips and scratches. But overall this classic's appearance is very presentable. Long term static but heated storage has resulted in several apparent mechanical issues. The car starts easily but runs and drives very poorly. Additional issues found include the front windows are inoperable and the air conditioning blows warm. Other concerns due to the long term storage are to be expected. With good upside potential this is a great winter project for the backyard mechanic.
