I had a happy experience a couple of weeks ago! I discovered a 40 Ford Deluxe Tudor in an enclosed storage unit. The owner had bought it a number of years ago, but with the family increasing he never got around to restoring it as he hoped to do. He drove it into the unit as a running driving car. He paid $100. a month for years! He finally realized the restoration would never happen. I talked to him at just the right time and bought the little 40. I didn't need it with the cars I had, but who can resist a 40 Ford? It needs a moderate to complete restoration depending on what you are going to do with it. I have been soaking the motor and have gotten some movement, so it's just a matter of time until it is free. The steering is tight and all of the glass is good. No brakes however. The car is 98% complete. I have some small parts not shown including a brand new middle of the dash antenna. This is an old car and does need work but the potential is high. Because of it's age there are no warranties or returns. If you win the auction you bought the car. You are welcome to come inspect it while the auction is going on. Please ask any and all questions during the auction process. I will answer promptly and honestly. The reserve is very reasonable. On Nov-17-14 at 00:16:49 PST, seller added the following information: Hi: I don't know why it appears that way, but in some pictures the trunk lid looks wavy. It is not. The only dent in the whole car is a quarter size dent in the left side of the trunk lid. Also the shade doesn't do the grill justice to what it rally is.
