This is a very nice restoration project that is very rare more rare than the L78. It is a three owner car with lots of paper work ( Pre Delivery Sheet) POP 2 build sheets. It was sold new at Cooks Chevrolet in Louisville KY and has never left the area. It is all matching numbers with the exception of the quadrajet (new) and water pump. It has been in a garage for at least the last 28 years. I have owned the car for 3 years and it has a new fuel tank, carb, fuel pump, water pump and hoses with the GM stamped on them (not pictured) and it has a new harmonic balancer. It is a turbo 400 auto on the column with cloth inserts in the seats. They do not make these covers in the aftermarket but I have found the original material for it but never bought it. It has the original 3:31 posi 12 bolt rearend. The carpet is missing ( I pulled it to check the floors.) The only rust in the car that I have found is the quarters and the trunk floor. Has all five original SS wheels and the jack is in the trunk. Car runs great and drives well for its age (but the brakes are down.) If you fixed the brakes and put tires on you could drive while restoring. I also have NOS quarters I will give first chance at buying if car sells.
