Located in Southern Maryland is my 1996 Dodge Ram 4X4 extended cab with 5.9 Cummins Turbo Diesel 201,xxx miles. I am the second owner and have owned the truck for over 13 years and have maintained it well. Limited mods include 3k Gov springs kit and a TST #11 plate. Autometer EGT, Trans, Boost and airbag gauges. CB and CD radio. Auto Trans rebuilt with heavy duty components at 180K . New EGR stainless steel brake lines all around, all brakes are good. All new marine grade diesel rated fuel hose ran from engine to tank and back bypassing the leaking stock fuel lines. New fuel control module to fix rusted lines and fuel gauge. Killer dowel pin fixed. Reese Class V hitch and has brackets for lance Camper Tie downs. Good year tires in good shape. It has airbags and compressor but one channel of the compressor doesn’t work and the airbags have a slow leak over time. Issues: The common problems. Power door lock motor works but locks do not engage. Paint is faded and peeling on hood and roof. Lots of rust on under carriage but not on body. There is a stain on the headliner from leaving the door ajar in rain, the cab does not leak at all. Steering is loose but drives and stops straight. Dash is cracked. Emergency brake cable is shot. Has 4 inch exhaust but has a split in a welded seem. It is fixed with a temp 4 inch exhaust repair band. This is not a new truck! However, it is an overall good truck, not used as a work truck and never abused. With a little work this is a very nice truck. Engine is the strong point, runs great.
