This is a fun to drive, 2002 Jeep Wrangler. It has an automatic transmission, really nice sounding radio with CD player. It has no body or interior damage, with the exception of a few chips in the paint and one small dent on one of the front fenders where a rock hit it from below. It has (at this writing) 104,986 miles on it. We put 10,000 miles on it last year while we explored the Pacific Coast and the mountains of Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon and California. It is amazingly responsive and takes the rough mountain roads easily. At no time did we doubt its ability to get us there. With an ice chest, some tools and a few other essentials, we felt completely safe traversing even the most isolated, narrow, twisted and rough roads. With the wide tires and that unbeatable straight six cylinder engine, we felt that we could go anywhere. On the freeways, once we got up to speed it was pretty smooth riding. This is NOT a luxury car, but a fun car, that is even fun to drive to the grocery store! The interior has plenty of room for two full sized adults in the front bucket seats. The rear seat has room for two adults (or even three small ones). It can be folded down for more cargo room. The seats are very well padded and comfortable. They are not worn, except on the side/back of the driver's seat, where the leather (or naugahyde) has just the beginning of a few small cracks. We love this car, but we just can't keep it. We have owned the car for three years. We replaced the top with a new tan Best Top. We also bought a matching spare cover from them. We installed Carr steps to make getting in and out easier. The car was lifted when we bought it. It was raised somewhere between two and three inches. We recently replaced the fuel filter, one tire, and the battery. The engine and transmission are in very good running condition. Most of the tires have half their life left, while the new one is less than a year old. It just had an oil change and lube. The car is equipped with a base plate and wired for towing. We will accurately try to describe this car, but we are not professionals. We can send you more pictures if you like.
