OL' CHARLIE Awesome Patina! 1959 Ford F-100, Texas truck, short bed, step side If you are looking for a truck with awesome patina that gets lots of attention, this is the truck for you! This truck is ready to get in and cruise anywhere. I have had this truck for a year, and I have driven this truck on multiple long trips of 200+ miles and driven as a daily driver. In other words, this truck was not just put together last week and driven around the block a couple of times. This truck has been put to the test and proven its dependability! We have had lots of fun taking this truck to car shows, cruise-ins, and other car events, and the truck is always a hit. However, I have other projects that I want to finish, so I am selling the truck and giving someone else the opportunity to enjoy it as much as we have. Drive train: 292 Y-block V8 (runs flawless, no smoke, maintains 50-60 lbs of oil pressure, doesn't use any oil), custom powder coated and pinstriped Mercury valve covers and breather, factory 2-into-1 exhaust 3-speed manual transmission9" Ford rear end with 273 gears (cruises really nice at highway speeds) New drum brakes that work very nice with no pulling, new rubber brake lines (front and back) New shocks (front and back) New Nostalgic Sid's 3" drop axle in front / flipped rear axle Gas tank professionally boiled and sealed Interior:Later model bench seat with no rips or tears, comfortable for any trip Gas, oil & temp gauges work (oil, temp & amp gauges are aftermarket, amp gauge is not hooked up because factory generator light still works)All dash lights work New carpet New gas pedal and new rubber for brake and clutch pedals New horn buttonOriginal sun visors Original rear view mirror Steering wheel has cracks Factory vacuum wipers that are not hooked up (worked slow when they were hooked up)New passenger side window, driver side window is good, windshield and back glass both have a crack (I left the old glass that I could because I liked the way it looked.)
