This black 1948 Chevrolet Fleetmaster 2-Door Coupe has been 90% restored and is looking for a new home. Garage-kept and has been kept in a smoke-free home. This vehicle has been to dozens of car shows and has been cared for on a regular basis. There is new paint on the vehicle and new chrome with some very minor pitting on the door handles. A new 216 CID Chevy engine was installed in the year 2000 with no more than 2,000 miles of use. There is a minor gas tank leak that requires a simple repair of $50. Engine is in excellent running condition and has been driven every weekend in the nice weather. Brakes are in excellent condition. Transmission is a vacuum shift with three-speed on the column. Shifts very smoothly. Electrically sound. Has original radio but has not been played. Car runs very smoothly, as shown in the included videos and pictures. It is extremely comfortable. The car seats are factory restored with no stains or rips. Floorboards are intact with restored factory carpet. The headliner is also installed to factory specifications and is extremely clean with no tears. Car rides stable at any speed, even on highway roads. All gauges work very well. Glass windows are in great condition with no cracks or any visible damage. Door and window handles work perfectly. Some original equipment still exists, that has not been restored to give it a classic look.
