Up for auction is a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX with 39k miles. This van has been issued a green REBUILT TITLE by State of MO. That means it was a prior salvage title vehicle –purchased at an insurance co. auction (from State of Connecticut) Van was purchased and repaired by a licensed dealer utilizing a professional body shop for the repairs. I then bought the Van from this dealer and had it shipped on a truck transport to Missouri. At the time of my purchase the Van was repaired but still had a Salvage title. I had the car inspected by the state highway patrol and it was issued a green REBUILT TITLE in Missouri -- without any issue. Now the title is fully transferable to a new owner in any state in USA. New owner would not need to have any special inspections done and can get Van re-titled in any of 50 states. I bought this van in a repaired condition within last few months with every intention of keeping it for personal use (BTW—I’m not a car dealer, mechanic or body shop—I am a private seller, and I do not sell cars with any regularity.) Due to personal issues, I’m selling the van here. As far as the accident and repairs that were made -- the van was hit in a relatively minor accident on the front side on front part driver’s door and wheel well. The dealer that I bought the van from took it to a licensed shop and any replaced parts are all factory NEW OEM Honda parts (I say this b/c I have copies of all receipts for OEM parts and invoices from the body shop. Proof of New parts receipts was a requirement for my Missouri state highway patrol inspection in order to get the New Title) The body shop replaced fender, bumper, headlight, etc, and all that needed replacing and or repairing to get the van back to normal. The paint job is really nicely done and you really can’t tell the difference. The suspension was also all replaced, driver’s side wheel bearing, and font axle and all necessary associated parts. The car was aligned and then test driven. Van drives straight down the road with no vibrations, no noises or pulls to either side. Also the MO state highway patrol test drove the van and gave it a full inspection and passed the vehicle with no issue. Now I have in my possession the re-built title. There are no known mechanical issues with the van other than this -- the left side curtain airbag (on driver’s side of van) needs to be replaced and also the computer for the airbag light on dash will need to be reset. This repair would be done at a dealer or air bag repair shop. The van still drives and functions normally -- only thing is air bag light says on. Even though van was repaired and re-titled -- this van will sell at auction for a certain discount over a comparable van due to the prior history on this van. Bidders need to be aware this van has no warranties and is sold as-is, where is. Only bid on this van if you intend to buy it and have funds already in place. I have 100% positive feedback and 170+ transactions and have been an eBay user for over 10 years. VAN IS LOCATED IN ST. LOUIS, MO. More details on the current condition -- The van engine and transmission run smooth and strong. There are NO hard shifts of the transmission and the van idles very smoothly. No strange noises and van starts up with NO issues whatsoever. I have personally driven the van for the last couple months and the van has no mechanical problems. Van is an upgraded EX model with factory rear back up cam, factory power sliding doors, power window, locks, steering, blue-tooth, usb connectivity, all steering wheel controls, factory upgraded sound system, 8 passenger seating. There are no electrical problems whatsoever. Everything works. As far as the interior condition goes, it basically looks like new with only normal use as you could expect in a pre-owned van. There are NO tears or rips and no funny smells or any mold or mildew smells. The factory carpet floor mats are in surprisingly great condition. All the floor mats have very little wear and look almost new also. The steering wheel and all the door panels, interior and exterior handles are smooth and new looking with our any scratches or chips. Tires are at about 55-60% tread life remaining. The brakes are strong and don’t make any noise. A mechanic told me the brakes are at about 40-50% remaining pads and should last a while yet. Brakes make NO noises and stop well. On the outside of the car, there are a few nicks and small chips on the front bumper and also here and there. Not really noticeable unless you go looking for them – just small imperfections. When you put a license plate on the front bumper, that part of it would be mostly covered. On the rear hatch door there is a small, noticeable ding about 2-3 inches wide and not very deep at all. It seems that a dent repair shop could fix it fairly easily – although I have not had I quoted for repair. Also the bumper has a small noticeable indentation near the same spot. I tried to photo this as best as possible. The van comes with (2) Keys, a fully functioning Remote Key FOB (remote controls both power sliding doors, locks, panic) and also a Valet Key in included.
