I've owned this beautiful motorcycle since 2001. I rode it for three years, but family responsibilities have required more and more of my time. I had always wanted to ride it again, but I realize it will be several years before I have the time. So, it's time someone else enjoys this classic motorcycle. This CBX is in good condition, and only needs a little work to be ridden again. The paint on the tank and tail are excellent; no fading or major scratches, just a few little nicks from being ridden. The side covers are in great shape with no broken tabs. The exhaust pipes are original with a few scrapes on the bottom. I put a new Honda OEM rear wheel on it in 2001, and a new rear tire. The front tire shows some signs of wear, and I'd recommend replacement before it's ridden too long. The original air box has been replaced with K&N filters. It's not running right now, but the engine is NOT seized. It's never spent a night outside since I've owned it. This was my baby for several years, and I always intended to get her on the road again. Sadly, I've given up on that dream, but I'd love to see someone else enjoy it. This is not a motorcycle for beginners. It's long, heavy, and powerful. This is a classic motorcycle, and worth a lot of money in restored condition. Please make sure you know about the Honda CBX before bidding. I will deliver within 60 miles for $0.56 per mile round trip. You're welcome to pick it up as well. If you wish to arrange for a carrier to ship it, that's fine too. I will not make arrangements for shipment. I'll accept a Paypal deposit and cashier's check for the remainder.
